Hi, I’m Hannah. I’m an engineering leader with over a decade of experience building teams, shipping developer tools, and designing the systems that support fast-moving, product-focused engineering orgs.
At Honeycomb, I manage the AI team, focused on bringing intelligent automation into observability workflows.
Previously at CircleCI, I managed teams responsible for Windows and GPU support, CI/CD platform scalability, and release infrastructure. I helped sustain over 800 deploys per week during an org-wide language migration, contributed to internal tooling and CircleCI’s engineering career framework, and navigated multiple reorgs while retaining top talent.
At Transcend, I joined the week before the COVID lockdown and helped lead the team’s transition to remote work. I wrote the engineering competency matrix that supported four years of growth, introduced incident response practices, and shipped core product and security features.
Before moving into software, I studied mechanical engineering and got my start helping to build satellites and skyscrapers.
I also coach engineers, mentor new managers, and occasionally advise early-stage startups.
